Report From PETS

on the President-Elect Training Seminar (PETS).  He told about the District 5910 Museum that is being established in Liberty in a structure that originally was the Liberty Rotary Club's meeting site.

Our District is healthy and growing.  Internationally, Bill and Melinda Gates have pledged $100 million to the Rotary Foundation and challenged Rotary to match it to be used to complete the Polio Eradication program. 

After hearing other clubs talk about some of their problems he feels that our club in doing things right and are a very healthy club.

Next Rotary year's District Governor Roger McCabe will be visiting our club on Monday, August 4th.  (Ursula has negotiated a evening with the Governor on Monday evening instead of the ususal Sunday evening get-together. 

Chuck encouraged all of us to consider going to the Rotary Inernational Conference in Los Angeles in June.
