Classification Talk

New member Richie Smith of Oak Grove Nursing Home gave a classification talk this week. Richie lives in Lake Charles, driving back and forth each day. He and his wife have three young daughters and he loves hunting and fishing. An LSU graduate, he is a big supporter of the school. He originally wanted to be a lawyer, but decided that wasn't for him. He loves older people and began working at a nursing home in Lake Charles, but really wanted "my own place." He came to the Groves nursing home and has been busy upgrading the facilities, which had been allowed to run down somewhat. Among the improvements is a Medicare skilled nursing unit.
