Born in Baton Rouge, Charlotte grew up in Port Arthur.  She is married to Rev. Albert Moses, Jr.  They have 4 children.  She and her husband run the LAW Academy for At-Risk students.  She also runs Global Drug and Alcohol Solutions, a drug testing center.  She worked for Lloyd and Barbara Hayes, M-Bank and the City of Port Arthur before opening the LAW Academy.  She, her husband and their oldest son are all minsisters. 

Charlotte enjoys helping people.  She joined Rotary for the networking possibilites.  Her Rotary sponsor is Yoshi Alexander.
