Janice Trahan - PAISD Teacher Recipient of Multiple Port Arthur Public School Foundation Mini-Grants.

A pre-school teacher at Wheatley School she told us what she is doing with our funds to help her kids. She told about the things that she does with literacy and science. Disadvanted students have only half the vocabulary of other students. She demonstrated the props and techniques that she uses to improve her students vocabularies. A quite animated speaker, she involved us in the drills that she uses.
