Congratulations to Wilie Mae Elmore

Willie Mae Elmore was honored Saturday, November 3, 2007 with a book signing at Mrs. Hergie Savoy's home.

"Under This Black Skin is a necessary reading for young people struggling with the color of their skin.  For those who have had to endure name calling and isolation because of their dark complexion.  The book may be the changing force to encourage some young girl or boy to lift their head and know that black is beautiful and  they should be proud of their color
