Saturday, December 10, 2011 was a cool and breezy day when a dozen brave and hardy Rotarians showed up to ring the bells, hand out candy canes and deliver good cheer to fellow Port Arthurians. A long-time tradition of the North Port Arthur Rotary Club has been to partner with the Salvation Army in it's fund efforts.
