told us about the Home Health program.  Medicare has set forth the following criteria for home health admissions:

A. Patients must have physicians orders.
B. Patients must be homebound:
    the patient may leave home infrequently and only with considerable
    and taxing efforts;
    the absences from home are primarily attributable to the need to
    receive medical treatment.
C. Petient must require the intermittent services of a skilled nurse
    and/or a physical therapist.

    The home health service is a necessary and reasonable treatment
    of illness or injury, whick cannot be performed by someone other
    than a skilled health care professional.
