Judith Smith Director of the Port Arthur Health Department brought together several community leaders to share and amplify the services offered by the health department. This new health advisory board will be working with the health department to assist and guide the services offered to the community. Several Rotarians are part of this board and we are very proud of our own Judith Smith's leadership in creating a healthty community in the great City of Port Arthur.
