President’s Club
Stuart Rosenbergreminded members of the story of Hanukkah.  He updated the miracle of one day’s oil for the Temple lamp lasting eight days by pointing out how happy we would be if our iPhone with 10% charge kept working for eight days.
Maggie Padovani joined to celebrate the success of her son with his band Balms that got a great review on NPR for their song “Candle.”
April Bignelljoined to celebrate the arrival of her second grandchild and to celebrate a year of renewed health.
PP Savita VaidhyanathanPP Hung WeiDon Sun, Benaifer Dastoor, John Hirokawa, and PP Orrin Mahoney joined to say that although they did not win, they were proud to have participated in the recent election as part of their commitment to public service.  Club members gave them a standing ovation to show appreciation for the efforts of this outstanding group of candidates.

Leslie Hayreminded members of the December 9 club holiday party.
Colleen Hudgenreminded members of the annual senior luncheon on December 12 and asked for additional volunteers to help with items such as greeting seniors on their arrival.
Leon Davisencouraged members to participate in the upcoming blood drive on December 27 from 1:30-5:30 at the Northwest YMCA.
Rochelle Sandersasked members to submit applications for the beneficiary for next year’s golf tournament.  Applications can be sent to Rochelle or PP John Zirelliand should be submitted before Friday the fourteenth. The application form is available on the club website.
