PROGRAM REVIEW
June 25, 2019
"A Toast to the Queen Bee Lynn Castle!"
If you were not present at the "Toast to Lynn" on Tuesday, June 25th, you missed a truly fun and entertaining evening! Every gathering starts with some social time and the room was "buzzing" with people visiting, laughing, and enjoying delicious food and beverages. Thank you to Two Magnolias and Polly Grissom for seeing that the best and sweetest appetizers were available for the Queen Bee's party!
When the crowd took their seats in the AMSET Lecture Hall, those who earned special recognition for their achievements this year, received awards. Then, the great fun of the annual "Toast" took place, and outgoing President Lynn Castle was recognized as an outstanding Queen Bee! The event was much fun and some of the highlights and special accomplishments of the year were remembered. Thank you to Michael Perez for filming the program so we can all enjoy it again. Thank you to Chelsea Tipton for leading the singing, to Brenda Gray for chairing the event, and to all the bees who took part in the performance.
Thank you from the beeeooottom of my five chambered heart (bees have 5 chambers) for the beeee-you-ti-ful celebration of my year as Queen Rotary Bee. The year was buzzing with activity, thanks to all of you pollinators and drones (ha!). I appreciate all of you “Honeys,” you’ll never know how much, and this year would have been really sticky without all of your help. Instead, it buzzed right along! I should have known it would be great because you all are so generous, hard-working, kind and especially FUN!
