THE 2026 GREAT RACE ON ROUTE 66

This meeting will be held at Manning's Steaks and Spirits, 51 W Dry Creek Ct, Littleton, CO  80120.  Please arrive by 12:00 noon to socialize and order your meal.  The Rotary program will start at 12:25 PM and end at approximately 1:30 PM.

Steve Tautz and brother-in-law Marty Palmer set off on June 19th for an epic nine day journey from Springfield Illinois to Pasedena California, competing in the Great Race.  The Great Race is a road rally competition with serious prize money to attract competitive teams from all over the world and was driven on Route 66 for the hundredth anniversary.  The adventure in the 1931 Ford Model A sedan was physical, mental, and exhilarating, so come listen to the tale.
