Littleton Rotary Members Volunteer

Many thanks to everyone who made this year’s Operation Christmas Child gift drive a success! We EXCEEDED our goal of filling 130 boxes with gifts for needy children, with an official tally of 139! On November 14, each box was lovingly filled by an enthusiastic team of elves made up of 19 Littleton Rotarians & their spouses/family members, as well as 8 guests. It was a great event and a tremendous show of support by our generous Rotary community!
On November 28, Rotarians B Bianchi, Karlyn McCrumb, and Lisa Bush volunteered along with family & friends at the Operation Christmas Child Processing Center. The evening was spent checking and sorting packed boxes before they were sent on their way to needy children around the world. The Denver Processing Center typically ships all its boxes to children in Mexico; however on the night of the 28th, the gifts were sent to Native American children living on reservations. Many thanks to everyone who contributed their time, talents and treasure to make such a big difference in these kids’ lives!
