CITY OF LITTLETON ISSUES AND PROJECTS

Mark Relph accepted the position of city manager in May 2017. Relph was appointed acting city manager in July 2016. He began working as Littleton’s public works director in April 2015.

Relph has more than 25 years’ experience in the public works profession. He worked as public works and utilities director for the cities of Shoreline, Washington, and Grand Junction, Colorado. He earned his master’s degree in public administration from the University of Colorado at Denver, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.

“Littleton is such a great community. I really appreciate this opportunity and am very excited to lead this organization,” Relph said. “Collaboration with city council, citizens, businesses and employees is a priority so that we can create a vision and work from a strategic plan that guides Littleton into the future.”
