LITTLETON'S AFFORDABLE HOUSING CRISIS

Corey has worked in the affordable housing industry for over 18 years. He began his housing career as an intern at the Loveland Housing Authority and worked at Mercy Housing before joining South Metro Housing Options (SMHO). Corey started at SMHO in 2015 as the Assistant Director and was promoted to the Executive Director position in 2018. He also currently serves on the Littleton Housing Task Force, the Integrated Family Community Services board, and the Colorado NAHRO board.
