Libby Bortz Holiday Party

Time to plan for the Libby Bortz Christmas party.  It is the highlight of the year for residents and they never fail to thank us for all we do.  A few changes this year:

1. Homemade cookies would be appreciated!
2. Candy:  Please bring holiday wrapped Hershey’s kisses and/or Lindt Christmas truffles.  They will add cheer to the plates of Christmas cookies.
3. Set-up will begin at 5:45 instead of 6 as we have more to do this year.  We are decorating the tables and handing out fun Christmas headbands to EVERYONE, Rotarians included.

After the party, we will pack “treat bags” with leftover cookies and candies as gifts for the residents to take with them.
