Welcome from our President
Welcome to the Shawnee Rotary Club!

The Rotary International theme for 2023-2024 is Create Hope in the World.  Rotary International President Gordon R. McInally is urging members to look around their communities for opportunities to create a vision for better days.  “We have learned there is a willingness within communities to care for one another,” Gordon says, “and we must ensure that we encourage people who have recently embraced the concept of volunteering to join us to allow them to continue giving service.”  A natural law, of which I was once informed noted that to have our cup full, we must fill the cups of others.  In serving others, we can find meaningful fulfillment in life.
The Shawnee Rotary Club is a growing, congenial group of service minded community members seeking to work together to achieve much for our area. We welcome you to be our guest at an upcoming meeting.

Our Club is hosting an ONLINE Holiday Gift Auction as a fundraiser this season.  The funds go directly back into our community through service projects.  Most recently, our local Rotary Club has given back by restoring Airport Track Exercise Park and placing bike racks around town.  Find our online auction here:  https://www.32auctions.com/HolidayGiftAuction

Bidding starts at 8:00 a.m. on December 4 and ends December 8, 2023.  We have amazing items up for grabs.  If you aren't into bidding, we are also open to accepting donations.  You can do that on the site or contact Rotary Club.
