Kassandra wants to live in a world where health education is easily accessible.

As a Program Coordinator at HealthCorps, she’s all about showing high school students how to eat well- one lesson at a time. Her favorite part about working for HealthCorps is the fact that she can change a student’s life through health education.

A native of Fontana, California, She graduated from California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) with her Bachelor’s in Health Care Management. She worked for the CSUSB Health Center as a Peer Health Educator. Her previous professional experiences include Redlands Community Hospital, American Heart Association, Easter Seals, and Sentinel Real Estate Corporation.

Kassandra Johnston is most proud of being the first of her immediate family to receive a college degree. When she’s not programming an extravagant health event, you can find her at a local park going for a run to clear her mind or out eating some fresh BBQ ribs.

Kassandra’s craziest aspiration is to go on a road to across America to visit every state.
