Jillian Budac is off to Belgium in a few days starting her adventure as this years Nechako Rotary Club Outbound Student participating in the annual Rotary Youth Exchange Program.
Jillian is very enthusiastic about her exchange and will surely make a good Ambassador for both the Nechako Club and Prince George.
