Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar

Prince George Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, Kinona Avo, is a young Japanese scholar that has been attending UNBC through our Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship Program for the past two years.

Kinona is very thankful to Rotary for the opportunity to attend UNBC's very challenging program these past two years.  She also indicated her appreciation for the interaction with all the fine people in Prince George.

Kinona is going back to Japan in June to make a presentation to one of the Japanese Rotary Clubs, but will return to Prince George again in July for a futher two years of education at UNBC to complete her training.
