Nechako Rotary Dictionary Program

Rotarian Ron Neukomm and Isabel Fleck provided a short report on the success of our Dictionary Program to date: During the 2007-2008 School Year we presented 626 Dictionaries to 5 schools. In the 2008-2009 School Year we presented 2622 Dictionaries to 25 schools. This year, 2009-2010 School Year, we have presented 1385 Dictionaries to a further 33 schools, This represents a total of 4633 dictionaries over the three years. The club has additional dictionaries in stock to cover next years program with the soon to be acquired supply of French Dictionaries for three of our schools offering French language classes. This is a remarkable program delivered by members of our club from funds raised primarily from our Operation Red Nose Program. Congratulations Rotarians for an outstanding program.
