History of "The 4 Way Test"

Shall Sinha, PHD and professional speaker, provided an excellant presentation about Herbert J. Taylor as a Rotarian and manager during the early years of Rotary and the depression.
Herbert J Taylor is the author of the "Four Way Test" a composition of only 24 words put together to inspire employees during the depression years to live and work better.
These 24 words have become symbollic to all Rotarians as a way of life.
Shall Sinha has been a disciple of India's Mahatma Gandhi for many years having been exposed in his early years in India to the work and wisdom of Gandhi everyday.
Prior to the 1980's Shall made the decision to devote the rest of his life to teaching others about Gandhi approach to life. Shall obtained his Master's and PHD in Engineering He specialized in aeronautics for Pratt & Whitney and the Canadian Armed Forces.
Shall and his wife, both Rotarians from Edmonton Alberta, travel extensively promoting Gandhi through Rotary.
Shall is the author of three books - "From Ordinary to Extraordinary", "24 Heroic Journeys" and "Words of Wisdom from 500 Lives".
