Camp Hughes -Scouts Canada

One of the newer Youth Groups, the Camp Hughes group for Scouts Canada came out to assist with our 2009 Operation Red Nose Program. Scouts Canada were a little late in getting organized and could not provide a lot of volunteers this year, due to lack of timely Criminal Record Checks. However, I am assured that Scouts Canada will be on side again during our 2010 campaign with much greater volunteering presence, in addition to the always faithful support and participation of our Chief Scouter, Donald Macdonald. A Certificate of Appreciation was presented to Scouts Canada's Camp Hughes group during our Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. Accepting the Certificate is Elizabeth French, Area Commissioner for Scouts Canada.
