Where's Waldo

Well, thankfully "Waldo" seems to be making some progress in a homeward direction. While he was rather obscure during the weekend, he did manage to get his picture taken with the Rotary Celebrities, both current District  5040 Governor Rebecca MacPherson and District Governor Elect Garry Shearer.
