Tri-Club Strategic Planning

Members of the Nechako, Yellowhead and Downtown Club met with Rotarian and professional facilitator Don Evans from Vancouver on Sept 12th and 13th to prepare a Tri-Club Strategic Plan for Rotary in Prince George. Don Evans has provided facilitation for 15 Rotary Clubs previously in preparation of Strategic Plans. Don did an exemplary job of leading the Prince George Rotarians through the process, keeping everyone on target and focused. The resultant plan will be presented to all three clubs during the next few weeks, with a planned update process in January 2010 to guide the President Elects in their goals for PETS in March 2010.
