Shelter Box in Netherlands

Visiting Rotarian Dirk and his wife Gertriede Hoekenctyk, from the Netherlands, did a make up at the Nechako Rotary Club this morning.  They have been touring BC for the past 2 weeks and have another 2 weeks of adventure before departing Vancouver for their home.

Dirk and Gertriede have thoroughly enjoyed BC and claim they have had nothing but good weather, scenery and hospitality during their visit.

Dir happens to be the Chair of the Shelter Box Program for their District in the Netherlands and took a few minutes to enlighten Club Members of their success in supporting the Shelter Box Program.  For a relatively small club, they have been extremely successful in their support for this wonderful program.
