Rotary Youth Exchange

Nechako Rotary Club Exchange Student Elyse Donck provided the club with her weekly update on the busy life of an Exchange Student while in BC.

Elyse just returned from a weekend trip to Whistler, where she and fellow students enjoyed themselves skiing the slopes in Whistler.

Elyse is an accomplished skier and is hoping to spend a day at Powder King this week while all the students have the week off.

Elyse has been taking the opportunity to ski regularly on the Hart Highland Hill and Cross Country at Otway when she can fit them into her busy schedule.

Elyse is very enthusiastic, and makes the regular request that if any Rotarians are doing something, she would very much like to accompany them for the day.

Isn't the life of an Exchange Student boring?  Not when young people like Elyse are involved.
