15 Rotarians from the three Prince George Rotary Clubs, in addition to two people from the David Douglas Botanical Society, came out armed with Mattocks, Shovels, Pulaski Tools, as well as two brush saws and a portable chipper from PG Rentals, to do some remedial work on the Pavilion area. The Botanical Society are preparing a plan to plant native trees, shrubs and grasses in the area in support of the new Rotary Pavilion. Thanks to Nechako Rotarians Lloyd Clay, Ivan Cartwright, Kelly Zammit, Bob and Erin Guy for coming out to assist with the work party. Another few hours is required to complete the tree cutting and removal, to be scheduled on an evening in a week or so, when the weather is not quite so hot. Lunches were provided by Quisno's as well as a Highab truck by Ken Sands.
