Railway & Forestry Mini Rail Station

Saturday, May 29th, The Nechako Rotary Club participated with the Prince George Railway and Forestry Museum in an official "Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, recognizing the funding and efforts provided by the "New Caledonia Rotary Club" in the construction of the Mini Rail Station. The New Caledonia Rotary Club provided the funding for the construction prior to their closure. Planning and construction was completed by Nechako Rotarian Harold Spensley with the assistance of some members of the Railway and Forestry Museum. As the New Caledonia Club is no longer in operation, the Nechako Rotary Club were asked to be part of the Ribbon Cutting, as the original sponsors for the New Caledonia Club.
