Rotary Gary Gurnsey is being Honored with the presentation of a "Queen Elizabeth ll Diamond Jubilee Medal" in recognition of his ongoing support of programs and initiatives to fellow citizens, communities and our country.
This medal will be presented to Gary during a special ceremony at Government House in Victoria BC, on Friday, March 30th, 2012, with the Lieutenant Governor.
Gary has been specifically involved with PDG Bob Blacker in helping to promote the objectives of the Lieutenant Governor with Literacy with First Nations Bands in BC.
Nechako Rotary Club President Kelly Zammit announced the event to the Club in honor of Gary's invitation to Government House.
Congratulations Gary on yet another major achievement through your dedication to Rotary.
