Prince George Cougars

Your Prince George Cougars, including General Manager Dallas Thompson, Head Coach Dean Clark and Assistant Coaches Jason Becker and Jeff Battam attended the breakfast meeting of the Nechako Rotary Club on January 13th, 2010. Head Coach Dean Clark informed the Club of the current status of the Prince George Cougars, indicating they are not having a great scoring year, but still have a "shot" at the playoffs with about 29 games left in the regular season. The Cougars have been supporters of the Nechako Club Operation Red Nose Program during the past few years, allowing the Red Nose Committee to host a booth during the initial games surrounding the Red Nose Kick-off, including a large quantity of free tickets for the game, and publicity with the official "Puck Drop". Rotarian and potential Cougars "Star" Lloyd Clay presented Dean Clark with a certificate as one of our "Bronze" Sponsors, as well as our donation to the Shelter Box Canada Program.
