Past District Governor Ron Neukomm and wife Dee honored Heather Spicer with a "Paul Harris Fellowship Award" for her dedication, assistance and Service Above Self in supporting our Operation Red Nose Program during the past 10 years. Heather is a faithful member of our Operation Red Nose Committee as well as attending all nights of operation during the program delivery, with volunteer register, sign up and call-out. A truly amazing Rotary Volunteer and a very worthy Paul Harris Fellow. Thank you Ron and Dee for your generosity and recognition.
