Rotarian Sam Kirsch is presented with his first "Paul Harris Fellow."

Past President and Foundation Director Larry Parker presents a Paul Harris Fellow to one of our newer Rotarians, Sam Kirsch. Sam has been a Rotarian since May 2008 and received his first PHF award from contributions to The Rotary Foundation during this past year. Congratulations Sam.
