Diane Nakamara, Director of the New Generations Program for the Nechako Rotary Club provided members with a quick update on the recent selection of a "First Class" student for the RYLA South Program. Both Diane and Bob Quinlan completed interviews and found an extremely well qualified young candidate.
Diane also announced that New Generations are proceeding with interviews on Saturday for the next "Short Term Exchange Program" (STEP) where a student is selected from Prince George to exchange with another student from another country, for a one month exchange during the summer of 2012.
