Nechako Rotary Thank You

Nechako Rotary Club Vice President Brian Pearson officially thanked Canadian Frieghtways Regional Manager Lyle Jensen for donating the use of one of Canadian Freightways Highway Trailers for storage purposes during our Fall Garage Sale.

Canadian Freightways delivered the trailer to the PG Highway Rescue Parking Lot and left it for our use during the entire long weekend.  The trailer was very useful for the storage and protection of a large part of our Garage Sale items, especially with the heavy winds and rain we experienced.

Lyle said to give him a call if we require another trailer for a spring garage sale.  They will be happy to oblige.  If so, we will need to be creative in preparing access steps or ramp, as these trailers are pretty high off the ground.

Brian provided a certificate to Lyle Jensen on behalf of the Nechako Rotary, with the pledge of a further donation to our Polio Plus Program.

Thank you Brian for both the idea and the presentation.
