Keep a record of all your important Cards and Numbers in a secure place, SIN #, Passport, DL, Health Card # etc.
Have easy access to all Providers Phone Numbers
Contact Providers Immediately
Cancel Your Cards
Create a New Bank Account Number
Report to Police if Cards are stolen
Report to Credit Bureaus Immediately
Phone the Passport Office 1-800-567-6868
Check with the Credit Bureau every 6 months
Possibly enroll into a Fraud Alert Reporting Agency
