District Governor Penny Offer

District Governor Penny Offer provided the Nechako Club a comprehensive background on some of the many worthwhile programs and projects that place Rotary as the largest and best service club in the world. Penny also provided the Nechako Club to continue to support the programs such as Polio Plus, Shelter Box or Canada Aide Program, Water Programs, WHN etc. that we are currently involved in, but to expand our horizons where possible and continue to reach out as part of our commitment to Rotary to "Build Communities and Bridge Continents". Make Rotary Bigger, Better and Bolder as per RI President Ray Klinginsmith's mandate. Both Penny and Chris Offer have been long time Rotarians, traveling extensively in their personal pursuit of Rotary Goals and providing strong Leadership by Example.
