Doctor Steven Chang has been a Guiding Light with his leadership in our World Health Network providing donated Sewing Machines, School Books and School Supplies, Medical Equipment and Office Furniture to Africa. District Governor Penny Offer presented her "Certificate of Recognition" to Dr Steven Chang, a member of the Nechako Rotary Club, for his leadership and work as a Medical Practitioner providing aide to people in Liberia and Sierra Leone.
