November 12, 2014 - Weekly Meeting

The following occurred at the November 12, 2014 Weekly Meeting:
- Mina went over the Board Meeting items.
- December 7th is the Christmas Tree Lighting. The lighting will need volunteers.
- David indicated that the Posters and 4 Sandwich Boards are done and will be distributed concerning the Thanksgiving Breakfast.
- Steve indicated that the place mats are complete for the Thanksgiving Breakfast.
- Wen 26th will be set up day for the Thanksgiving Breakfast
- Cooks will need to be present at 6:30am to start the Thanksgiving Breakfast.
- Guests are from the Gallery 529 Restaurant and art gallery.
- No meeting the week after Thanksgiving Week.
