December 09, 2014 - Board Meeting

The following occurred at the December 09, 2014 Board Meeting:
 
  • Corrine was honored for her 1st Paul Harris Award.
  • Treasurer (Marc) reported $150.00 income from the Bazaar but, this is before expenses.
  • We still need to bring people to our meetings to increase membership. Various options were discussed.
  • District Governor Val Callahan has issued to the Littleton and Acton Clubs a grant for $750.00 to go towards a food pantry. This grant will be split 50/50 between the two clubs for their respective food pantries.
  • It was proposed to possibly set up a visioning team to keep the the Visioning Program active in the club.
  • Need also to create a Visioning Statement for the club.
  • A motion was passed to grant $1,000.00 to the Littleton Park and Rec department to go towards the Christmas Gift/Presents to children in need.
  • A motion was passed to grant $500.00 to Indian Hill to train the Littleton School Music students.
  • A motion to grant up to $750.00 towards the Million Meal Program. The exact amount will depend on the proceeds received from the sponsors.
