The Haven Assisted Living $2,000. Aid in the cost to replace flooring in the kitchen, dining and hallway with a combination of durable engineered wood, carpet tiles and luxury vinyl. Currently the flooring is deteriorating and presents a risk for their 16-25 residents, staff, and guests.
 
Routt County Council On Aging $2,000. To purchase their community supported agriculture (CSA) share partnership with the Community Agriculture Alliance. The CSA shares allow RCCOA to integrate locally grown food into the meals and support neighbors and friends. It also provides better ingredients for the meals that RCCOA prepares for seniors.
 
Strings Music Festival $500. To assist in the cost to design and print study guides for all kindergarten through 5th grade students in their 2021-2022 Strings Schools Days programs. Strings Schools Days is free music and art education program for more than 3,000 youth in the Yampa Valley. The study guides link Strings School Days programs to core curriculum studies in language arts, science and social studies in both English and Spanish.
 
Young Tracks Preschool & Child Care Center $1,400. To purchase an AED and infant pads for the AED. Young Tracks has up to seventy-eight children and twenty-five staff members on the premises each day, as well as parents at drop off and pick up. It is clearly proven that an on-site AED saves lives and strengthens the chain of survival.
 
Junior Achievement – Rocky Mountain Inc $1,000. To help provide Junior Achievement financial literacy, entrepreneurship and career readiness programs at Steamboat Springs Middle School at no cost to schools during the 2021-2022 school year. The programs will serve 357 students from 6th to 8th grade.
 
Routt County Riders $2,000. To purchase two mobile tool kits and stands for the Bike Match Program. Currently the program has no tools and volunteers bring their own. Tools will be used to fix up bikes to match with those that need one as well as be used to show middle school aged kids how to do basic repairs to keep their bikes in safe, operable condition.
 
Advocates of Routt County $1,500. To help fund replacement of flooring, needed furniture and other repairs to their new transitional housing. Transitional housing is a longer term – yet still temporary – supportive accommodation meant to bridge the gap from homelessness to permanent housing, intended for those clients with truly no other option when their 90 day tenure at the Advocates shelter has ended.
 
North Routt Community Charter School $2,000. To purchase new video and editing equipment to support their middle school social studies program. The equipment will be used by 6th, 7th and 8th grader to create digital work and bring social studies to life.
 
Partners In Routt County $1,000. To help support and fund monthly activities for youth on their waitlist until they can be matched with a mentor. Normally Partners has 10-20 kids on the waitlist waiting to be paired. Funds will also help with recruitment efforts in acquiring mentors.
 
Steamboat Soccer Club $1,000. Help fund recruitment and training of their Grass Roots Director. The Director will help the Soccer Club focus on new soccer players ages 5-10 as well as run programs for all players in this age group. The Director will also work with Partners, Integrated Community and school counselors to engage at-risk youth, non-native players and children not enrolled in other programs.
 
Bee The Future $1,600. To purchase 30 bee suits and 20 pairs for lamb skin beekeeping gloves. The bee suits and gloves will allow them to serve more students as the program is growing and they need enough suits and gloves to be able to sanitize between groups. This past summer they served over 300 students ages 4 to high school.
