Waterloo Mayor Speaks at Waverly Rotary

Mayor Quentin Hart will go down in the history books as Waterloo's first African-American mayor. He spoke on April 28th, 2016 to the Waverly Rotary Club about his journey and his plans for the future of Waterloo.
