Roseann Rogers is the Executive Director for K9s4COPs. Some of you may know her as The Buzz Lady for her many years on local television. From broadcasting to business, Roseann has worked for the multiple Houston TV stations in management roles, The Houston Chronicle, The Finger Corporation and John Daugherty, Realtors where she still holds her real estate license. Roseann official came on board with K9s4COPs in December of 2015 and has hit the ground running with establishing new fundraising endeavors to grant more K9s throughout Harris county, the U-S and internationally in Paris, France.

Sergeant Christopher Moore has been with the Sheriff's Office for approximately 18 years.  He and his K9 partner Ziko have been working together since January 2015. Sgt. Moore also serves on the K9s4COPs advisory board and is part of the team that vets agencies that apply for a K9 grant. Sgt. Moore and Ziko will be honored at the first Houston Texans game on September 11th during the Liberty White Out First Responders Day for their outstanding work in the community.
