What is 1DayHouston?

On April 29th, 50,000 volunteers will come together loving the city and serving families who need it most. Our group will be volunteering at the Blodgett Urban Garden. By joining the team and serving, you will be rewarded access to the exclusive concert event for one of two nights at the Toyota Center April 29th* and 30th. (*The night RCOI will be there!)

Cause(s): Beautification and fighting malnutrition

Project Description: Volunteers will participate in building community gardens, permanent fence installation and other outdoor beautification projects.

Is there a fee to participate?: Yes, there is a $15 fee to volunteer at this event. **But RCOI has a FREE PROMO CODE that will waive your fee!!** Your fee includes 1Day Houston swag and entry into the 1Day Houston Volunteer ONLY concert later that evening at 6:30pm at the Toyota Center. Check out the site for more details and the lineup of artists. 

How do I sign up?: First, complete your registration below and receive your PROMO CODE in the confirmation email. Then you'll go to 1DayHouston.com to register as a volunteer for Blodget Urban Gardens. Search "Blodgett" to pull up the correct organization. Choose the Saturday concert at 6:30pm to join the rest of your Rotarian members for the concert at the Toyota Center! (Tip: Some of us have selected our concert seats in Section 120, Row 9, starting at seat #1)
