As Chairman of the Board for Disaster Aid USA (DAUSA) and a Rotarian of Distinction, his contributions to disaster relief and community service are unparalleled. Wayne has served as a Past President of two Rotary Clubs in District 5890, a four-time Assistant Governor, and currently as District Disaster Chair. His dedication has earned him accolades like the Distinguished Service Award and Rotarian of the Year honors.

In addition to his Rotary leadership, Wayne manages Rotary Action Groups focused on disaster assistance and clean water initiatives, and he leads Zone 21b in building disaster response teams. With over 5,000 volunteer hours logged, he is a true example of "Service Above Self."
