March 23, 2026 Meeting Recap and Announcements

• Kimberly kicked off the meeting with our invocation, Tyler led the Pledge and Bill Coates gave us some updates in Sports during his Sports Minute.
• Jerry Terry once again brought in HAPPY DOLLARS and was challenged by member, Kevin Hooks to also place money in the basket by actually taking the basket from him! You had to be there!  :) 
• During our Rotary Minute, Adrian Cornejo gifted a Paul Harris Fellowship to his exchange student, Jesus. What an amazing impact Adrian is making on the students he has hosted in his home! 
• We received the Spaghetti Supper numbers and so far - over $10,000 with the Blue Team still in the lead! Send out your letters, purchase your tickets, and secure sponsors!  Go Team BLUE, PURPLE and RED!
• We will have a social this Friday evening at TRUE VINE.  Be there and unwind with us at True Vine 5:00-7 (or whenever you want to arrive and depart!)
• We had a very special program with Adrian facilitating a Q&A  with Troup High School foreign exchange students, Jesus and Eduardo.  What a treat to hear about their experiences in Texas, USA with culture, food, hospitality, education, and American Football versus "real" football! • If you are interested in becoming a Rotary Youth Exchange host family, please let Tiffany or Diane know.  Learn a little bit more here. 
• Lee's number was drawn but he didn't draw the Ace of Spades!
