Service Awards Nominations
At our June 28th meeting, South Tyler Rotary recognizes community members for their service to Tyler and Smith County. Please submit your nominations for Educator, First Responder, Health Care, or Community Volunteer by May 25th. And/or, reach out to those in your circles who might know of a worthy nominee. Nominations can come from Rotary members and non-Rotary members. The nominee does not need to be a Rotarian.
We're using google forms to collect the data. We'll need your contact information, nominee name/employer, contact info (if known) and a description of why this person should be considered for the award.
