Tyler Legacy High School Four-Way Test Speech Contest

South Tyler Rotary hosted our Four-Way Test Speech Contest on May 13th at Tyler Legacy High School. Seven students participated and all gave excellent speeches. South Tyler Rotary members Kathi White, Johnny Ortiz, Michael Hurley and Diane Kavanaugh served as judges and time keeper.
