Meal Provided

Nathaniel Moran has served as the Smith County Judge since 2016.  Although his current term ends in December of this year, he is the Republican nominee for Congress to represent the 17 Northeast Texas counties that compromise Texas Congressional District 1.  He previously served as a City councilman for the City of Tyler, representing District 5 from 2005-2009.  And, he holds the distinction of being the shortest serving Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Tyler in May of 2009.  He’s a small business owner, and has also been a practicing attorney representing businesses in both litigation and transaction matters since 2002.  He’s a proud graduate of Whitehouse High School, Texas Tech University, and Leadership Tyler.  But, he is even more proud that he’s been married to Kyna for 22 years, and is the father of 4 wonderful children—two boys and two girls ages 17 down to 5.
