Pat Stacey was born and raised in Dallas.  He graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches with a major in Radio / Television and a minor in business management.  Pat interned at KDFW-TV in Dallas during his college years which cemented his interest in the television business.  Pat started his career with KLTV in 1986 and has held numerous positions in operations, promotions, research and advertising sales.  Pat has served the East Texas community through involvement with the American Heart Association, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce, Children's Village, University of Texas at Tyler Patriot Organization and the United Way.

In August of 2009 he was named as VP/ General Manager for KLTV and is committed to keeping KLTV in a position of leadership throughout the communities the station serves.

Pat is married with a daughter and son.
