Moody Chisholm is responsible for the operations of UT Health East Texas, which includes 10 hospitals, more than 50 clinics, two freestanding emergency centers, regional rehabilitation facilities and home health services, a comprehensive seven-trauma center care network, including a Level 1, and a fleet of more than 45 ambulances and four helicopters.

A veteran health system leader, Moody Chisholm brings more than 35 years of experience to Ardent. He most recently served as regional vice president for Salt Lake City, Utah-based Intermountain Healthcare’s central region, which included seven hospitals. Previously, he was CEO of St. Vincent’s Healthcare in Jacksonville, Florida, and spent 24 years with Universal Health Services where he held a variety of leadership roles including division vice president.

Chisholm holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and business administration from Appalachian State University, and received his MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
